We offer individual and two-person private sessions small group classes and specialized workshops.  Whether we’re working with you privately or in a small group format, we tailor your Pilates training to your individual needs and goals.

Our History

Pilates Heights opened in 2005 in a sweet little cottage just across the street from our current location.  In May of 2010 we expanded and moved into 333 Cortland and we love it here!  From our humble beginning, Pilates Heights has grown into a full-service professional practice welcoming and supporting each unique person who walks through our door.
